Manager for Monitoring & Evaluation and Resource Mobilisation, Zakheni Training and Development Centre

Kawepano Nkhatose Mbale is a community development activist and serves as Manager for Monitoring & Evaluation and Resource Mobilisation at Zakheni Training and Development Centre. In his role, he leads efforts in project design, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilization to strengthen program impact. His work focuses on empowering adolescent girls and young women aged 15–24 by promoting independence and reducing vulnerability at household and community levels. Kawepano is committed to challenging gender stereotypes and advancing gender-sensitive governance to create enabling environments for equality. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
