
Helpline Manager, The Black Sash Trust
Kgothatso Sibanda is a social justice practitioner and programme manager with over a decade of experience in community-based monitoring, rights education, client support services, and data-driven advocacy. She serves as the National Helpline Manager at the Black Sash Trust, where she oversees services that support vulnerable communities and strengthen access to social protection.
Kgothatso is committed to amplifying marginalized voices and advancing equitable access to services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg, along with specialized training in leadership, movement building, campaign development, and mobilization technologies.
