Khurshida Parveen Ansari is a development professional with over 12 years of experience leading large-scale education and empowerment programs for adolescent girls across rural India. At IBTADA, she works to strengthen opportunities for girls through life skills education, SRHR, and STEM exposure, fostering confidence and leadership among women.
Passionate about advancing gender equity through systemic, community-based approaches, Khurshida continues to create spaces where girls can learn and thrive. She holds a master’s degree in Urdu literature and is currently pursuing a master’s in rural development.
