Founder, Same Love Toti 

Kim is an LGBTQI activist who founded Same Love Toti in response to the hate crimes experienced by the LGBTQI community. As the director of Same Love Toti, she empowers LGBTQI youth by increasing their knowledge and understanding of their medical and legal rights as well as the systems in place to protect the LGBTQI community in South Africa. She also works with parents, schools, and communities to be inclusive and supportive of LGBTQI youth. This results in LGBTQI youth being able to access their rights and live their lives with dignity and freedom. Kim also advocates for LGBTQI issues to be included in school curriculums in order to curb homophobia and hate crimes, and improve social inclusion.
