Kimberly is motivated by attitudes towards teen pregnancy and the negative ramifications of fear-driven sexual health education in society and in her immediate community. She seeks to ensure that youth in Watsonville, California have access to quality health resources and education. Kimberly currently provides comprehensive sexual health education to middle school-aged girls and looks forward to obtaining new tools to help her facilitate community conversations.
