Kula serves as National Coordinator for the Adolescent Girls Working Group of the Ministry of Gender and Development and the Executive Director of the Paramount Young Women Initiative (PAYOWI), which advocates for, empowers, and educates adolescent girls and young women to contribute meaningfully to society. Kula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the African Methodist Episcopal University in Liberia.
