Executive Director, Mujeres Tejiendo Lazos en Sororidad A.C.

Laura is the director of the only organization in her region that works with lesbian and bisexual women, Mujeres Tejiendo Lazos en Sororidad A.C., an organization that has created many resources about women´s rights in collaboration with academic and business institutions. Laura has a master’s degree in human rights; her studies focused on defending women’s rights in all of their diversity, including the rights of migrant women, and drug users in San Luis Potosí.
