Leiddy is a field expert with New Earth (Tierra Nueva). She works with adolescents and young people at the municipal level, facilitating workshops on sexual and reproductive health and training community health promoters on Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is also an active volunteer at Smile Factory, changing the world one smile at a time.  She has a degree in Social Work with a focus on project management.
