Project Coordinator, South Africa

Lindelwe’s role is to provide administrative and logistical support for Rise Up’s work in South Africa and the focal person for Gender Equity Initiative in South Africa. Her non-profit experience includes working in youth entrepreneurship and humanitarian projects with marginalized communities, ensuring inclusivity and access to basic services for women and girls. She believes women and girls should tell their stories and own their narrative.  Lindelwe holds an Honours degree in Psychology obtained from the University of Zimbabwe and a certificate in Project Management from the Africa Institute for Project Management Studies. She also recently received her Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management from the University of Witwatersrand. Outside of work, Lindelwe enjoys volunteering at a children’s home, reading, and cooking.
