Luis is a researcher at the Local Violence Observatory of the Regional University of the Atlantic Coast. He analyses information as part of the validation process, analysis, and publication of state data on deaths from external causes, including femicides, crimes against life, property crimes and legal medical evaluations to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence. He has a degree in Sociology.
