Madalitso is a very passionate leader dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of youth, women, and girls in Malawi. She volunteers her time with FACT as the Adolescent Girl Programs Coordinator where she works directly with girls and teaches them about their Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR). She is also the co-founder of Mama Lexa, a foundation that predominantly empowers girls and boys to complete their education after dropping out of school due to financial barriers.
