Mangla Sharma is a social activist and leader who has advocated for the victims of child labor, child trafficking, and sexual harassment. She started Aasra Foundation Jaipur, an NGO that provides free legal aid to victims. She leads a team of law professionals, lawyers, and counselors to strategize how adolescents and minors can be provided free legal aid.

She previously worked with Vaagdhara as an advocacy coordinator for the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids. She was a member of the Family Welfare Committee in Jaipur, constituted by the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and she also volunteered as a paralegal volunteer at District Legal Services Authority Jaipur Metropolitan. Mangla was counselor at One Stop Crisis Management Centre for Children at Mahila Police Station, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur. She holds LLB, LLM, M.Phil., B. Ed. and postgraduate degrees in geography and sociology.
