Marcela is a feminist activist with a passion for communication. She is responsible for developing communication strategies for the Centro de Derechos Humanos de las Mujeres A.C. Marcela is dedicated to defending women’s rights and is especially interested in enhancing the visibility of women writers and the rights of sexual and gender dissidents. With a degree in Spanish literature, Marcela enjoys writing and oral poetry. In addition to her activism, she is an apprentice tattoo artist and a professional dessert taster.
