Graciela is Founder and Director of Mujeres por Mexico, and is experienced in designing public policies and care models for women victims of violence. Graciela graduated in Social Practices and Anti-Gymnastics Therapy at the University of Tours, France. She is also the founder of several civil society organizations and has been recognized this year as an Exemplary Woman in her municipality.
