Marvin is the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Institute for Human Promotion (INPRHU) in Managua, Nicaragua where he has worked since 1997 promoting the human rights of children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. Marvin holds a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Children’s Participation from the Central American University (UCA) Nicaragua.
