Melba is the Director of Operations of Chat Social, a civil association dedicated to strengthening civil society organizations. Her work focuses on strengthening civil society through empowerment and capacity building for the ultimate benefit of girls and women. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in social investment, and is currently studying a master’s in corporate social responsibility.
