Meru Vashisht uses human-centered design to address unmet needs and reduce barriers for underserved communities. In her current role, she leads projects focused on gender and youth, especially in the domain of sexual and reproductive health and rights. Meru is committed to working towards gender equality and brings a feminist lens to both social and business projects. She also spends her time volunteering, writing, designing, and campaigning for feminist causes. Meru has a Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design and is a member of the Youth Leadership Hub of HCDExchange. She is also the winner of the YTH 2021 Digital Comprehensive Sexuality Education Innovation Challenge.
