Mithilesh works to fight gender-based violence against women and strengthen school management committees (SMC) through workshops and training. Mithilesh is a very passionate advocate for the rights of women and holds an M.A. and B.Ed from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), a LLB degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), and Certified Master Trainer of SMC from the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT).
