Muzungu is an aspiring public health leader and founder & CEO of Tantine Group Ltd, a Rwandese social enterprise specializing in innovation in the area of sexual and reproductive health. As of 2019, over a million youth have accessed lifesaving information through the Tantine website, mobile app, and videos. He is a Mashav trainee in innovation and entrepreneurship and a member of Global Shapers Community, a network of young people under the World Economic Forum.

Project Title: ABC Service Navigator Project

ABC Service Navigator aims to increase access to abortion and contraceptives for adolescents, youth, and unmarried women in Kigali by leveraging technology. The project will expand the features offered in Tantine’s very popular youth sexual and reproductive health and rights app and website by developing a youth-friendly clinic mapping and referral system, enabling users to access abortion and contraceptive services privately and efficiently. First, the project will identify clinics that provide youth friendly services; then it will build the capacity of providers, and enroll the clinics in an online appointment system through the app. ABC Service Navigator will be the first intervention in Rwanda that uses technology to enable youth to get accurate information, while also making it easy for them to schedule and access youth-friendly services.
