Project Manager, Rajasthan

Namrata manages Rise Up’s work in Rajasthan, including the recruitment and selection of Rise Up Leaders, the planning and implementation of Accelerators and workshops, and monitoring and evaluation and technical assistance for Rise Up grantees. She brings a deep understanding  of gender, education and child protection and more than 13 years of experience in program development, design, and implementation, partnership management, networking, and advocacy to her role. Prior to joining Rise Up, she worked with Action Aid, Room to Read, Population Services International and most recently she was associated with Plan International’s India Chapter as Thematic Coordinator for Career Counselling, Legal Aid and Child Protection.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (Urban and Rural Community Development) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Namrata is married and is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan with her husband and 8 year-old son. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with friends.
