Project Officer, Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan

Neeta Kumawat serves as Project Officer for the Aagaz project with Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan, leading initiatives that empower adolescent girls and young women through education, life skills, leadership, and gender equality. She plans, implements, and monitors programs aimed at reducing child marriage and school dropout rates, strengthening community institutions, and building adolescents’ confidence and digital literacy.

Neeta is deeply committed to promoting social justice and gender equity, ensuring that women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals have equal access to education, opportunities, and sexual and reproductive health rights.
