Nicole Massieu Arvizu facilitates organizational and human development processes in companies and organizations. She currently leads MÁS Consulting and is a member of AMEXME. Her vision is to help build a world in which women have equal access to leadership positions across organizations, companies, and boards, ensuring equitable representation and decision-making power in all spheres of influence. Nicole is a psychologist and coach with experience in leadership and collaboration training for senior management in multinational companies.
