Young Spokespeople on Sexual Rights and Reproductive Rights

Noel is the coordinator of Young Spokespeople on Sexual Rights and Reproductive Rights. He is a young activist and avid human rights defender. He promotes the right to choose and is involved in efforts to decriminalize abortion in El Salvador. He was the coordinator of the Students Ministry of Health at the University of Salvador. He is passionate about education and believes that changing people’s mindsets is possible. He holds a degree in health education.
