Ntshepiseng Motloung is a community leader and founder of FutureLift Foundation, where she champions education, inclusion, and sustainable development for women and youth in rural and peri-urban communities. She integrates traditional leadership and cultural practices into advocacy, with a strong focus on gender equity and climate justice. Tshepi holds a BA Honours in Communication Science from UNISA and a Certificate in Thought Leadership from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute. Her work includes engaging policy-makers across government to ensure marginalized voices are heard and represented.
