Nupur brings her expertise in working with children, adolescents, and youth from diverse rural communities in India. In her current role, she coordinates the Doosra Dashak Program which addresses the needs and aspirations of adolescents in the remote villages of Rajasthan through imparting skills for life and work and aligning them with education and livelihood. She believes education is one of the major components to empowering vulnerable groups. Nupur has a master’s degree in women’s studies, which strengthens her interest in intersectional feminism.
