Community Engagement Advocacy Lead, Harbour Grains

Wisdom is the Community Advocacy Lead at Harbour Grains, where he designs and leads programs that mobilize men, parents, and faith leaders to challenge harmful cultural norms and support women and girls’ participation in agriculture. He is passionate about gender equity and community transformation, ensuring women, who are often the backbone of agriculture, have access to leadership, resources, and opportunities. Wisdom promotes SRHR, education, and inclusion, using advocacy to amplify marginalized voices and create sustainable impact. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and has been recognized for his contributions to advancing leadership and inclusion for women and girls in agricultural communities.
