
Mujeres Tejiendo Lazos en Sororidad, A.C.
Paola Andrea Pedraza Gómez is a Colombian resident in Mexico. She holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, a master’s degree in Human Rights, and a master’s degree in Administration with a focus on Public Management from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Social Sciences at El Colegio de San Luis, researching discrimination in victim support services. Paola is a human rights activist for women and LGBTQ+ people, with extensive experience in public policy design and evaluation, victim support, academic research, and community-based work in violence prevention, sexual health, and HIV/AIDS. Since 2017, she has been a member of Mujeres Tejiendo Lazos en Sororidad, AC (MUTELAS), where she currently coordinates planning, fundraising, and monitoring and evaluation.
