Payal S is the Director of Programmes at the Institute of Social Development in Rajasthan, where she develops youth-centric models that empower women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals. She leads project planning, donor coordination, and ecosystem-building for lasting social impact.

With a master’s in women’s studies and over a decade of experience, Payal focuses on gender-transformative leadership, education, and SRHR initiatives. Her work has been recognized by the Directorate of Women Empowerment, Rajasthan, for enabling transformative leadership among 4,500 adolescent girls in tribal regions of Udaipur.
