Pemphero is a co-founder of FACT, an organization aiming to reduce HIV/AIDS by increasing Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services for youth in Southern Malawi. As the Executive Director of FACT, Pemphero oversees the programming, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach of the organization. He is a passionate gender equality advocate who is devoted to educating the youth in Southern Malawi about their SRH rights.
