Peris is a passionate advocate for the education, health and rights of young people. She is a Programme Coordinator at Girl Child Network (GCN), assisting the Deputy Director of Programs in fundraising, donor reporting, and collaboration on key health advocacy issues. Peris is also a member of the National Council of Churches in Kenya where she mentors youth on positive lifestyles and leadership. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Nairobi, and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi.
