Founder, Enkare Oltau Foundation

Petronila Owino is a social change activist and founder of Enkare Oltau Foundation, created from her lived experiences to support girls and women in marginalized communities. Her work focuses on menstrual health, teen mothers’ empowerment, education, and safe migration. Petronila holds a double major degree in Sociology and Conflict Resolution and has been honored by Turning Point Africa, UN Volunteers, and FOYA for her leadership in gender equity and youth empowerment. Petronila strives to create safe spaces where women and girls can actualize their fullest potential.
