Pradeep is a grassroots social activist of Alwar district in Rajasthan, India. He founded Society for Public Education Cultural Training and Rural Action (SPECTRA) Organisation in 1996 and serves as Executive Director. He believes women are equal partners to men, as women work in the agricultural sector either as workers in household farms or as daily wage workers. He is passionate about removing the obstacles in the path of women’s emancipation by developing women’s leadership and self-reliance. He holds a postgraduate degree in English literature from Alwar Arts College, Rajasthan University, a B.Ed from Jammu Kashmir University, and a post graduate diploma in rural development from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). After completing his study, he served as a college lecturer in the Mohta College, Sadulpur, Churu, Rajasthan.
