Founder and CEO, Nav Srishti 

As founder and CEO of Nav Shrishti, Reena works to empower women and children. She started this group in 1994 with just 10 girls, but has since touched the lives of one million women and children. Reena has seen firsthand how often women and children, especially those from marginalized groups, are denied access to their basic rights, so she has made it her mission to support them and enable them to use their voices to fight for equality. She has a postgraduate degree in social work and rural development and has been a member of the International Women’s Peace Group since 2016.
