Rukhsar Rafiq Jafferali is the founder of EmpowHer Flow, an organization dedicated to empowering girls through mentoring and education. She is committed to women’s empowerment through quality education for girls and collaborates with various organizations to empower indigenous women. Rukhsar graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations, and is recognized as an Ethics Ambassador by UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime).
