Rukshana is the Chief Girl Leader and organizer of Rajasthan Rising, a collective of adolescent girls belonging to SC, ST, and OBC castes. She is an advocate for the rights of adolescent girls and promotes the strengthening of adolescents’ collective community—from the village level to block, from district to state. She is a passionate advocate for the rights of adolescent girls’ education, health, equity, and leadership as well as increasing girls’ participation in making their own life decisions. Rukshana is pursuing a degree in humanities.
