
Researcher, Population Council-Kenya
Ruth Nanjekho Wafubwa is an educator, researcher, and gender equity advocate. At Population Council–Kenya, she leads the Evidence for Gender and Education Resource (EGER-Kenya) initiative, generating and translating evidence to inform gender-responsive education policy and programs. Ruth holds a PhD in Educational Sciences, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor’s in Education. Her work focuses on inclusive education systems, SRHR, and advancing the rights of girls through data-driven advocacy.
