Sabelo Graham Xaba is the Founder and Project Coordinator of the uMngeni Unemployed Graduates Forum, bringing over seven years of experience in bridging academic knowledge with community-led action. His work focuses on advancing social justice, equity, and economic empowerment, particularly for women, girls, and gender non-conforming people. Through his leadership, he supports initiatives that address systemic barriers and create pathways to opportunity for unemployed graduates and marginalized communities.

Sabelo holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and Rural Resource Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. He also holds certifications in Project and Financial Management, strengthening his ability to lead impactful, community-based programs.
