Executive Director, Pride of Sheba

Salome Irimekyen Samuel is a peace activist and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusive rights. Irimekyen currently serves as the Executive Director of Pride of Sheba, a nonprofit committed to transforming stereotypes around diversity, equity, and inclusion through peacebuilding. Irimekyen envisions fostering unity within individuals and communities through transformative peacebuilding initiatives. A fervent champion for the rights of women, girls, and gender-nonconforming individuals, they strive to create a world where everyone can thrive without discrimination. Irimekyen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Religious Studies and Philosophy. Their commitment to fostering positive change has been recognized as they actively contribute to reshaping narratives and building a more harmonious society in the Euphrates Institute Alumni network.
