Process Improvement and Compliance Manager, ThriveAgric

Sarah Mari is a Process Improvement Manager at ThriveAgric. In this role, she is a part of the Gender and Youth Empowerment and Inclusion Team and leads the organization in implementing processes and programs that improve the services rendered to agrarian communities with a major focus on gender inclusion. She is passionate about women’s empowerment to acquire skills that will enable them to be independent and also contribute to their homes and society at-large. Sarah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and has attended training on gender equity and inclusion from the Gender Policy Unit, ABU Zaria, and has been part of a gender inclusion project in collaboration with West Africa Trade Investment Hub (USAID).
