Saroj is a social activist and currently works closely with adolescent girls in Kasturaba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGNVs) – residential girls’ secondary schools run by the government of India. Saroj is passionate about decreasing the gender gap in education. She has a master’s degree in sociology.
