Shilpa Jain is a seasoned management professional with 18+ years of experience in maternal and child health, adolescent rights, gender equality, and non-traditional livelihoods. As District Lead at Azad Foundation, she oversees programs that empower women, build market linkages, and advance gender-just communities.

Shilpa is dedicated to promoting social justice by creating dignified livelihood opportunities for women, girls, and gender-nonconforming people while challenging patriarchal norms. She holds an MBA in operations management and has been recognized as a State-level Master Trainer on Menstrual Hygiene Management, as well as for exemplary liaison work by the Department of Medical and Health.
