Senior Manager of Strategy and Evaluation

Sienne has a background in quality improvement, program development, and data analytics to inform management and operational strategy. As Rise Up’s Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, she oversees our M&E infrastructure and strategy. Before Rise Up, Sienne worked with a women’s health center as it transitioned from a single standalone clinic to a multisite Federally Qualified Health Center. She also managed a Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan’s Pay for Performance incentive program, overseeing data quality, program strategy, and internal and external training curriculum.

Sienne recently completed her Master’s Degree in Public Health at University of California, Berkeley with a focus on Health Policy and Management and Global Health. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Community Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. Sienne conducted her undergraduate thesis research around reproductive health education on the Galapagos Islands, and her master’s field study with the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública in Cuernavaca, Mexico. In her free time Sienne loves dancing, gardening, and travel.
