Silvia has ample experience in international relations and is committed to promoting women’s rights and youth leadership. She has worked at Mukira, Justice, Gender, and Good Practices A.C., since 2016. Previously, she was the head of the education department at the Center of Women’s Human Rights for eight years. She has over a decade of experience leading education projects on women’s human rights with civil associations and public administrators, leading workshops for government agents and healthcare workers, as well as organizing cultural and international events. She has also been a speaker at local and international events on engaging young people and youth rights. Silvia has a master’s degree in administration and a bachelor’s in international relations in Chihuahua.
