Research and Advocacy Coordinator, Right to Education Forum

Srijita joined the Right to Education Forum (RTE Forum) in 2018, where she advocates for the fundamental right to education for all children. She is also the coordinator of the Girls’ Education Initiative at the organization and has worked with adolescent girls and women in Patna, Bihar, Hamirpur, and Uttar Pradesh. She has coordinated national-level campaigns to strengthen the public education system in India. She is determined to work towards a more gender-inclusive society and has worked for the right to education for more than five years. Srijita has a master’s degree in politics with a specialization in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
