Swati Gehlot is a social activist and experienced team builder with Kisan Bharti Vikas Sansthan, where she leads community mobilization and manages projects from start to finish. Swati is committed to advancing social justice by empowering rural women and girls to understand their rights, build confidence, and participate fully in their communities. Her goal is to foster safe and supportive spaces where girls and women can live with dignity and equal opportunity.

She holds a master’s degree in sociology and an LLB, and has been recognized with the HEAL India Scholarship (2024). Swati is also a Gandhi Fellow and a ComMutiny Changelooms Fellow, and has served as an Anchor with Plus Trust, bringing her expertise in advocacy, leadership, and community engagement to every initiative she leads.
