Sylvia, the Founder & CEO of Simama Na Dada Initiative, is an accomplished community practitioner, Child Protection Officer, women and girls’ champion, social worker and operations management professional with over 13 years of work experience in supporting management with ongoing casework initiatives, crisis communications, and handling cognitive-behavioral techniques modification. 

Sylvia is an accomplished administration management professional with experience in executive support, budget management, project coordination, accounting support, and human resource management with a proven track record of exceeding expectations, and improving operational systems and performance with high productivity and quality standards. 

Sylvia’s education background is in development studies, psychology and sociology, and she is passionate in addressing gender equity issues including realization of SDGs 3, 4, 5 and 10.
