Tabitha Nyambura is a gender and inclusion expert with over 17 years of experience in grassroots, national, and international programming. At the National Gender and Equality Commission, she leads efforts to empower women, girls and youth through training, capacity building, and inclusive advocacy initiatives. Tabitha has also contributed to the integration of gender equity across sectors including climate change, education, governance, and health. Tabitha holds a Master’s in Gender and Development and a Bachelor’s in Community Development and Psychology. Her work focuses on creating inclusive spaces where marginalized voices are heard and empowered to shape policies and programs that directly impact their lives.
