Teboho Nthoana is a seasoned executive, policy advocate, and human rights champion advancing gender justice, child protection, and economic empowerment across South Africa. He serves as Senior Associate at Nono Capital, a redemptive impact investment company focused on sustainable development across sectors. He is also Executive Director of the Nono Foundation, the organization’s social impact arm committed to uplifting vulnerable communities through education, advocacy, and enterprise development. Teboho serves on the Advocacy, Behavior, and Communication Committee of the GBVF Response Fund 1 and has held leadership roles at the Film and Publication Board. He holds an MBA from Regenesys Business School, multiple postgraduate qualifications, and is pursuing a PhD in Law with a focus on development. His work is rooted in a belief in dignity, opportunity, and inclusive progress for all. Teboho has been recognized among South Africa’s 100 Brightest Young Minds and has received multiple awards for youth entrepreneurship, innovation, and advocacy in economic development and social impact.
