Thomas James Kanjodo

Thomas works as a Program Officer for Sightsavers, an international organization working to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote equal opportunity for disabled people. He is responsible for all education and social inclusion programs for Sightsavers Malawi. He has worked as a consultant for the USAID funded Girls Equity through Education in Sudan and for the World Bank funded Community Based Rural Land Development project in Malawi. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, and Statistics from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Thomas is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Education and Sustainability through the London South Bank University with full support from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission.
