Service Writer/Community Involvement Team Leader, Cummins West Africa Limited

Tina Ndam started her career with the Women Advancement Program, a nongovernmental organization that empowers women in skill acquisition like soap making, knitting, and sewing cloth to be self-reliant and independent. In her current role, Tina serves as the service writer, branch cash manager for both cash inflow and outflow. Tina also served as the Community Involvement Team Leader (CIT liaison officer) for the branch leading the team to achieve 100% of the set target. Her interest is to restructure the mindset and the lifestyle of girls, helping them discover their real purpose and their line of focus at a young age.
